The difference in potential for long distance marathon time for the same distance caused by diet and exercise is greater than the different caused by being black vs being white in humans and probably also for being a great dane vs being a dachshund for some running distance for dogs

An IQ test is just a knowledge test of the material on the IQ test where the IQ score is based on your results compared to the mean and standard deviation of other people the same age as you that took the same test

Different social factors may influence whether or not two different people with the same DNA would choose to study something

There might be exceptions in a small percent of humans that are genetically unable to study but most people genetically can study

Most of the variation in physical attributes is caused by behaviors and environment with rare exceptions when people have certain genetic disorders

I am proposing the same for intelligence and physical attributes

No matter how much genetic potential someone has most will not be able to do a 5 minute per mile marathon without training

The primary cause of high intelligence is the choice to study not DNA

Rare exceptions are caused by genetic defects

Adopted twin studies do not prove that because both black twins go to public schools that tell them to blame the white man and watch TV that tells them to blame the white man whether they are adopted by white or black parents

There is a horribly biased book all about blaming Nazis called Virtual Government by Alex Constantine

On page 115 of the version I am looking at it claims Arthur Jensen said blacks are

"inbred" or "in-breeding"

Can anyone provide a web link to a quote by him saying blacks are "inbred" or "in-breeding"

The book claims he claimed that this results in them being "likely to remain lower in intelligence"

It also claims Dr Chase said that welfare was one of Arthur Jensen's main points

I believe the largest cause of lower black IQ is kike propaganda directed at black people encouraging them to blame the white man and demand free stuff from White men instead of trying to succeed by actions other than blaming the White man. And not being told that it is the White looking kikes that keep them down when the White man is blamed

There might still be an IQ difference but the difference would be much less without such propaganda because they might try to study
