My guess is this either happens to women with eating disorders or women who are trying to get very fast time on events like marathons

If some women eats enough & is doing casual weight lifting and long distance walking or slow jogging they will probably not lose their period from exercise

Maybe if they are not fit enough slow jogging might cause it, I do not know but I do not think slow jogging alone would cause a woman who is in good physical shape to lose her period

Because the intensity is so high on HIIT it can not be sustained long enough to burn as many calories as high intensity endurance exercise

High intensity endurance exercise burns more calories in the same number of hours as low intensity endurance exercise

Some women do not eat enough of the right kind of food to balance out their exercise

This can result in not having a period

Exercise induced Anemia can occur

My guess this would be high calorie exercise combined with a diet low or insufficient in protein, carbohydrate and iron

High Intensity Interval Training HIIT and Low intensity Endurance exercise both burn a small amount of calories per week compared to high intensity endurance exercise

Exercise would make most women in the USA more likely to be able to conceive and not be infertile because obesity makes women infertile

But a small percent of women exercise hard enough or do not eat enough of certain nutrients for their amount, schedule and type of exercise that it makes them infertile

Most women do not have the self discipline to do this but some do

In the Christian Old and New Testament there are passages that might imply certain qualities permitting or forbidding a marriage but those qualities are not a certain number of years

Some passages might imply in the view of some scholars a certain level of physical or mental maturity that is correlated with age but do not list a specific age

The Caetchism of the council of trent set the age of marriage as 12 for girls and 14 for boys

Judaism sets the age of betrothsl at 0 for girls and for consumating the marriage at three years old

Although Orthodox Jews say that before about three years old it is no big deal like sticking a finger in the eye that causes tears and crying but heals back just fine

Muslims & Christians let people off the hook if they convert & do not try to prevent conversion

Non Christian Jews decide whether or not you are born Jewish by ancestry & make it difficult to convert

Non Christian Jews commit genocide based on ancestry as a tenet of their religion

Someone once told me that being bathed as a child resulted in incredible pain for them because they were not circumcised in some incident

So I will not say whether or not it is good or bad because I do not know enough

But I do know that a mohel using their mouth as part of the circumcision ritual when they could take the baby to a hospital and have someone qualified do it without the mouth in a safer manner that does not spread herpes is bad
