@shortstories It's a Youtube front-end: an interface from which Youtube videos are parsed through an API and then broadcasted onto the interface.
It's a neat way to completely circumvent Youtube's website and its ads. Some instances allow you to download the video straight to your hard drive.
The encoded video can't go further than 1080p in quality but I rarely need more to enjoy the video.
If you need 4K, then VLC or MPV with hardware acceleration turned on is the way to go.

You shouldn't wrap potatoes in foil. It makes them soggy instead of crispy skin
I do feel Iyengar and other's did contribute some research trying different things on students & deserve some credit to making the world a better place through popularizing exercise even if they got most of it from the West and modified it
But that credit should go to those Individual Indian guys in modern time for working on improving what was given to them by western exercise science & not to all of India nor ancient Indian traditions
There is a book about it called Yoga body and at least one other book I do not remember claiming something similar
