If someone tries to murder you then they could have been sentenced to death
so allowing them to live and harvesting their organs would be more merciful than the death penalty
I do not see how someone could morally object to allowing someone to live and harvesting their organs instead of executing them for murder
But only if you know they tried to commit murder with 100% certainty which is why I oppose the death penalty in practice
They could call it Reproductive harvesting
