There is a difference between raw intelligence test scores & relative IQ test scores

So you could make maybe 80% of the population smarter at that subject than 80% of people with a PhD in any field you choose today with the right combination of training but if you apply that standard to everybody than they might raise the PhD standards so you would not get more PhDs

There might be less than 20% that can not achieve that genetically

I am not denying that black people as a group might tend to be genetically less intelligent than white people as a group

But I would suggest that kike propaganda has done more to lower black intelligence tests scores then genetic differences between whites & blacks

Black people simply are not motivated to study when whites are blamed for black problems instead of black culture and kikes

The study does not prove It because both the adopted and non adopted black children receieved propaganda to blame white people for black problems

I am going to suggest that propaganda to blame white people for black problems does more to lower black IQ than any genetic difference between white people and black people although I am not denying the possibility of some genetic difference in the IQ test scores

The very fact that someone can take a IQ test without studying first and try to achieve the highest score they can then go back and study it and take the same test again and get a higher score proves that IQ test results are not 100% genetic

There is a correlation between culture and DNA

Black parents teach black culture to their black children

I would suggest that black culture is to blame for black problems

Various Kike information outlets also try to push a culture on black people

Even when black people are adopted by White parents the media outlets push a culture on these black people claiming their ancestors were enslaved by White Christians instead of primarily Kikes

There might be some differences in dogs that are primarily genetic but some differences are more influenced by the diet and exercise routine given to them by owners than genetics

You can take an IQ test, then study the same type of test material, then retake it and get a higher score

Because studying can make a difference in your test score without changing your DNA

The difference in potential for long distance marathon time for the same distance caused by diet and exercise is greater than the different caused by being black vs being white in humans and probably also for being a great dane vs being a dachshund for some running distance for dogs

An IQ test is just a knowledge test of the material on the IQ test where the IQ score is based on your results compared to the mean and standard deviation of other people the same age as you that took the same test

Most humans can achieve much beyond what they currently do in terms of intelligence but choose to remain ignorant in response to social factors due to propaganda

If people tell someone there will be another Holocaust if someone reads David Duke then people might be afraid to read David Duke's book Jewish Supremacism & not study it due to social undue influence

Different social factors may influence whether or not two different people with the same DNA would choose to study something

There might be exceptions in a small percent of humans that are genetically unable to study but most people genetically can study

Most of the variation in physical attributes is caused by behaviors and environment with rare exceptions when people have certain genetic disorders

I am proposing the same for intelligence and physical attributes

No matter how much genetic potential someone has most will not be able to do a 5 minute per mile marathon without training

The primary cause of high intelligence is the choice to study not DNA
