So I am studying under someone that claims to teach both TaeKwonDo and HapKiDo

I asked one of the other students if he gives people ranks in TaeKwonDo only or in both TaeKwonDo and HapKiDo

He says he teaches two HapKido "breaking techniques" per rank at first and then four per rank later

This person had a black and red belt I believe

So my question is are these 'breaking techniques" regular TaeKwonDo techniques that he has been calling HapKiDo

Does TaeKwonDo do sonething like that?

The problem with Libertarians supporting open borders is if they open the borders to people whose world view is farther away from Libertarianism then the people who come in will support policies in the opposite direction of Libertarianism and they will use violence or thre threat of violence to support such policies

How limb lengths effect what deadlift positions make it most easy to lift the most weight

Lifting the most weight is not necessarily good as you might gain more strength and or muscle mass using positions where it is more difficult to lift more weight

However the ability to lift more weight is useful for employment and competitions
