I learned you are supposed to have a sleeping bag in a tornado shelter byt if your basement over flows with water then it is not good if the sleeping bag gets dirty water contaminated, so I guess store it high on a table or something

So I am on a Samsung Galaxy a03 and when I want to increase the size of a screenshot to read it I tap the picture then turn the phone sideways and blow the picture up with two fingers. So today I can only expand the picture with one finger but then I can't move it to read the text. Is anyone else experiencing this?
