South Koreans are culturally very similar to the Japanese except more Christian

The famous Japanese continous improvement process in Industrial engineerimg did not invent anything new it only modified how pre-existing products are manufactured
Also Japan did not invent anything substantive before the West got involved except maybe Jujitsu and Aikijitsu
Jujitsu and Aikijitsu were vastly superior to most Chinese Martial Arts at the time
Even Karate is essentially a result of French intervention, it is just French Savat with extra silly dances
So if she moved to another state before they could capture her and take her to court could she then still be arrested while in another State for violatimg a local State law?
