i have some really unsexy beliefs about the world. i'm close to the centre, politically. i get why people protest against abortion laws but also why people protest to keep them, for example. i'm also a fan of women's rights but also see that women are often irrational and not very independent. it's not a hate thing. it's very easy to find reasons to hate humans, but if you go down that path, you'll only hurt yourself. no one fucking cares.

@rlier23 @koropokkur @NitroDubs You have to remember that the cartels are run by the US Government. If any country in South America were to do something about them, then they would face enormous diplomatic pressure and potentially risk war.
Just ask El Salvador, who has been on the receiving end of constant attacks by the media and, at one point, the state department was even threatening diplomatic and military action over it. The only reason El Salvador is getting away with it at the moment is because America is already too busy propping up the other violent cartels in other parts of the world like Israel and Ukraine.

>around 10 members of the "familia michoacana" were killed with machetes and others burned alive in Texcaltitlán by the locals

>finally the millitary is getting involved(they won't do shit anyways)
>locals asking for millitary equipment instead of help from the government
>cartel already sendin threaths to the community saying they will burn down the houses and kill everyone in the town
