@Tfmonkey I recommend sleeping in multiples of 1.5 hours; so, 6, 7.5, 9 etc. hour blocks will do you good. To do so is to sleep in complete REM cycles so you're not groggy. Naps are also good to rest, but they can't substitute the rejuvenating processes that occur during sleep.

And besides, if you were to go to one of those countries and had 100% of your DNA from that country of origin as an American, you would not be considered one of them by the people living there. So you cannot have an identity with a group that would not accept you as being one in the same as them.
The way I see it, the "whites do not have their own identity" crowd just want white people to not have any in-group preferences while every other group of people do.

Wish I could find the video I had in mind, but oh well.
There is an odd claim how there is no "white identity" because white people have origins from all sorts of European countries such as Germany, France, Norway, United Kingdom. So having a white identity supposedly makes no sense.
Except many of the Americans that are white often have more than one of these origins where they have their ancestry, meaning they cannot have a strong identity with those countries of origin.

@Pain66 The right is less so trying to enslave men and more so just scared to admit that all traditional family formation can not occur under the status quo. Obviously their rhetoric is harmful, but far from that malicious. No, they're just moral cowards who should be ignored. I'd consider myself adjacent to them, but would rather not perpetuate a system that hates me and wait for family until it is gone.

Voting in democracy is good way to keep sheeps in check.
Nobody really can know what the real result are.
I do not trust government with basic stuff. So how the f would they be trustworthy with something important like voting.
Sheep will believe every results and will be kept in like with others.
It is like my last job in warehouse. Managment tell us group of people voted for worse shift schedules.
When I talked with people in that group. They said that no one wanted these shifts.

Like the US Revolution certain other places will get the same idea except the cultural context will be different for obvious reasons. Likely to be some place in Europe first.
