@RoninGrey When I want to do something but do not have energy I do nothing to recharge my focus and energy.
I try to do one day of high activity and one day of low activity to have rest day after workout. But found out it is good to do for your brain too not only for your body to have rest days.
I have hard time to do nothing even I could push myself to workout every day. but focus and thinking suffers because of it.

Guys, if you have a moment, instead of watching tons of tv or playing videogames nonstop this summer, take a chance and try something new. Go to the library. I've been learning how to care for cows, learning Russian through Memrise, playing bass, & took a $5 4-session fencing class for beginners.
*Side note -- dueling a left-handed swordsman is completely different than a southpaw boxer. It's freaky!
@RoninGrey I always want to learn new things that's keep me busy. But sometimes I must force myself because I often learn or read something on the internet and forget what I was doing.
I use duolingo for German Russian Spanish Arabic Chinese Japanese and Korean
And I have books on programming so far had no time to start even sometimes I watch videos or some websites.
Plan to read my country some laws to find loopholes to use but the shit is so boring to read😩

Git history is extremely difficult to falsify since all commits are hashed. This goes extra hard when you have mirrored code repositories and becomes practically impossible when commits are also signed with a pgp key.

Can't take credit for finding this. Though I did check to see that it was a recent post, and it was (2 days ago).
Is this just a shill post attempting to get others to go over and fight for Ukraine, or a genuine idiot who would actually throw his life away because he is stupid enough to believe the globohomo media that he would be "fighting for democracy?"
