@mutageno How could they refuse salaries as a deduction? They're an expense! You can only tax profits.

I get that California is desperate for money, but this will likely get thrown out in court.

@Shadowman311 women's rights are the tree from which everything else branches from.

@Terry technically they did. Remember how the media memory-holed it as soon as it came out that gay men were raping their kids and pets and that's the only reason it was seen outside the gay population?

If those gays weren't raping their kids, the media might still be talking about it to this day.

I've found that most racists, sexist, whatever-phobes don't actually hate people for being people, they hate shitty people who do shitty things that are completely understandable to hate them for.

It's just that a lot of shitty people aren't white men.

@nugger The phrase in the declaration of independence that states that all men are created equal is in relation of the "divine right of kings". Jefferson was saying that nobody is born to be a king over other men.

Jefferson owned slaves. Clearly he didn't believe in equality or that all men everywhere were equal. He was writing a letter to King George of England.

@WashedOutGundamPilot This might just be the latest version of "I have a boyfriend" which girls tell guys they don't find attractive in order to let them down easy.

@Wopu I work out 3X a week, but I've never been a gym rat.

You have to find what combination of diet and exercise works for you.

@redmaple @Scubbie No, I will just adjust my diet and exercise routine once I get down to my ideal weight. Since only eating one meal will be my new routine, I might just start eating dessert again.

@redmaple @Scubbie I was already doing intermittent fasting before to maintain a healthy weight, but lowered it to one meal a day after I gained 6 lbs.

I haven't noticed a drop in energy or productivity, so I might as well keep doing this until I get back to my military weight, which I never thought I'd be again.

This is honestly pretty effortless. Eating once instead of having a 4-hour "window" is easier to track anyway.

@Scubbie No, I never remember to do those. I even tried using ankle weights to "remind myself" to do them, and I just don't.

I still work out 3X a week, and I do the heel pushups when I feel like it.

It's been a month since I began only eating one meal a day, and I thought I'd share my weight changes

Week 0: gained 6 lbs (this inspired me to only eat one meal a day)
Week 1: lost 9 lbs.
Week 2: lost 6 lbs
Week 3. gained 3 lbs
Week 4: lost 10 lbs

I think week 3 was water weight. I'm not sure what to do. I could buy water pills or just accept that I might gain weight once in a while but that it will probably reverse by the next week and it will all average out in the end and not sweat it.

@Shlomo The church burnings in Ukraine suddenly make more sense.

@houseoftolstoy Anime is a good example of how nobody cared about representation until girls starting entering the community.

I'm just connecting the dots. Girls' inability to think abstractly prevents them from seeing characters that don't look like them as them, which is why everything must be woke and diverse.

It's all due to women being stupid and their lack of abstract thinking.
