I wish the world were a better place. So I try to act in accordance with that.
A big problem (the biggest, probably) is a lack of personal responsibility. So if a bunch of alcoholics are trying to get their lives together, I'm not gonna try to tear them down over something as silly as a mask. I'd rather see them make what progress they can.

@RodrickSage - Gotta say: personally, becoming a father changed my life completely. I found I had an entirely different perspective on the world and my place in it. And perhaps most importantly, it changed what I see as my responsibility to the world.
And this might be an IQ related thing... 🤔 But it is impossible for me to not care about the world, because now my child is a part of it.

You would lose your hand, but very likely the gun would also blow up. Guns have been known to fail catastrophically when they are plugged with mud. So I would guess that a finger would have much the same effect.
It wouldn't stop the bullet of course. But the blockage would cause an extreme pressure spike as the propellent burns.
I am not willing to test this theory. 😅🍻
2¢: I once tentatively put forth the idea to organize men to conduct market research on the viability of rescinding women's rights.
There was no reason it couldn't be easily done. But the reception to the idea was disheartening. And there was a lesson there: MGTOWs refuse to organize.
Such an organization might gain traction among blue-pillers, but what would even be the point to that? They're the problem.
Anyway, I don't mean to discourage good intentions, but just sharing.🍻
