People I met from Palestine and Syria in the USA all looked White or Asian but the Palestinians on some videos I were watching all looked black

In the earlier videos I saw they looked Asian but in a recent video they looked all black

I too have had many injuries from simply sleeping. Turns out I kept falling asleep on my sides which pinched nerves in my neck and made my wrist too weak to lift thing. Muscle groups are connected in weird ways so pain can refer in different places instead of where its originating from.

I can not understand a lot of English accents from certain parts of the USA and certain parts of England and English speaking African countries and India and Indian adjacent countries

I only understand the English accent used on the national news in the USA which is the same accent that middle class White people use where I live. I can also understand it when Chinese, Korean and Japanese people speak that type of English but with a Southeast Asian accent
