Fifth ammendment should allow them to not have to testify in court

I am saying this even though I would like to see them in jail or prison

Some people have told me the fifth ammendment does not apply to testifying in front of congress

But it says no such exception in the text of the fifth ammendment

Although I dissapprove of people marrying below the legal age of marriage and although I am not telling people to marry below the legal age of marriage nor to break any laws

I would suggest that this problem is connected to the push to raise the legal age of marriage

When they raised the legal age of marriage and simultaneously stigmatised marrying people at the legal age of marriage that pushed the age of marriage much higher than the number they set in law
