I do not believe any of these legal means to help out North Koreans are effective because the government will censor the kind of information volunteers can give under penalty of imprisonment which indirectly is a death penalty, many times people who are released back to their home country end up dead soon after

When North Korea wants to make people mad at the USA they refuse to take the food from American charities preventing knowledge of the charity to North Koreans

There are numerous groups that try to help North Korean people with the consent of the North Korean government

These include but are not limited to volunteering to teach in North Korea as a visiting foreigner

And also sending donations and then putting on some logo representing their organization's religion

Or the sunshine policy of South Korea trying to help out North Korea economically and hoping their generosity will change their attitude

I have been to a Korean Church that recruits white people for many years, which I no longer attend

A white man married to a South Korean woman told me that North Korea is run by the United States of America as a psychological experiment

The best way to influence North Koreans from outside is most likely to send in balloons with information on them which is something illegal that people in South Korea already do and I do not participate in for legal reasons

Which influences whether or not certain ethnic groups commit violence , fraud and theft against other different outside ethnic groups more

1 Whether they are foreigners or natives to the country they are in

2 The typical belief system taught from parent to child in their culture

3 Their genetics

4 Whether or not the other different outside ethnic groups surrounding them are xenophobic, racist or religiously bigoted

If we had more TV shows like family matters with Urkel where the main character is interested in learning academic things and less rap music glorifying being a criminal then black people would study more and have a higher raw score on intelligence tests than they do now

If the media outlets and government schools and colleges stopped using anti white "dog whistle" code words to suggest to black people to attack white people the number of crimes per black person would decrease

Basically if someone enjoys abusing people's human rights and would do that for free or even pay money to abuse people's human rights but then the government is willing to pay them to abuse human rights
