I think we should fire all the people whose job it is to decide who gets welfare who also get paid more to do their job than the people they grant welfare to

We can replace it with universal basic income and a flat sales tax

If someone really needs welfare to survive then they get universal basic income

This universal basic income should be exactly enough to support one person but not enough to support a family and should not increase for people who have more children
