This homeless guy kept on telling me about how he has a unique science theory that is better than all the previous theories that he refuses to publish because it is too dangerous and multiple science faculty at multiple universities felt he was stalking them

He wanted them to give him an honorary PhD and unlimited research funds for his theory that he refuses to tell anyone what it is because the government is monitoring him
