Actually if you only eat the McDonalds meat sandwhiches and soda but avoid the deserts and fried food without meat you can be skinny with a lot of weight lifting and or aerobic exercise

You can also be skinny on the exact same diet from McDonalds without the exercise if you do not order the soda

Might get a skinny person heart attack though, also might get osteoporosis if you do not get Calcium from somewhere else
