All the safeguards breaking down and rampant bribery and corruption is how you get those shithole countries and we’re halfway there already!

There are no checks for quality of milk. There are no notices for contagious diseases. There are no warnings for impending natural disasters. Pretty soon distrust will creep in and we can barely do our day to day survival. It’s going to be a war zone. Basically between people who know people in power and those who are poor and don’t.

I don't know if it's a decline in my brain functions due to age or something else entirely, I keep forgetting things. Good thing is, I am not super embarrassed by it. It is what it is.
