Not really. Read the article about the UK, it says the father can test without the consent of the mother only if the judge approves.
"If the person with parental responsibility refuses to consent to the testing of a child under the age of 16, this may proceed in ...with an order from the court, which allows blood to be taken from a person under the age of 16 'if the court considers that it would be in his best interests for the sample to be taken'."

This is yet another one of those moments where the audience is left to wonder what was the point Halsey was trying to make: "The increase in health disorders is too small for this to be a poison shot".
Surely Halsey knows about the long term side effects like VAIDS, or the huge increase in excess deaths. Yet it seemed he was arguing that these aren't "poison shots"? Interestingly enough, Nick Fuentes says the same thing, I guess him and Halsey have something in common after all.

I have never seen the actual full quote before because it's been repurposed so many times, but it turns out it is defense of communist Jews all along.
Go ahead and Google it. They cut off the part about communism 99% of the time and skip to the socialists and trade union parts make it sound unreasonable and pretend that communists aren't ALSO almost entirely socialists, trade unionists, and Jews, especially in the 20th century.
