@mutageno2 @UncleIroh @Mongoliaboo @Stahesh While I can not say I am perfect with it by any means. I 100% know that I had to drastically cut down processed foods and anything high in salt, nitrates, and have had to pair this with eating more potassium along with the daily supplements I take as well. Also, just getting up and moving more. I have been lazier for a long time so I have been scaling myself into higher resistance cardio an inch at a time. But been there done that.
@FinalDresdonation @Mongoliaboo @Stahesh
Well, get ready for S-tier levels of cope in this mornings show.
@UncleIroh @Mongoliaboo @Stahesh That's honestly the best way to put it. There's a level of borderline cuckoldry/knee bending to placate Zee Juice on there. Shit's so open and naked now. I don't mind someone around, but it's getting a bit ridiculous at this point. When he's not on it's almost a totally different show.
He's also got a decent feel on general propaganda shit. I just don't take him as gospel for events and I do trust his broader economic thoughts. A prime example being Iran wants Israel to have their population mired deeply within Lebanon & Palestine as to essentially use their proxies like Ukraine as the Ukraine war begins to wind down. There's VERY little reason for Iran to strike outright at this moment. As TFM says often is: DO NOT LOSE WARS. They have to be careful with the US involved.
@Justicar @Stahesh I feel he's good about talking broader/long term econ stuff & some geopolitics on a broader level. What I don't necessarily trust (as nobody can really be right anyways) is the time scales. What's been funny lately has been him kvetching about nothing happening in September then it is all TOTALLY OVER BROS when consistently he has talked about not asking him about time scales. Like, c'mon man. He's a smart guy for sure and definitely provides a good starting point for news.
For months now I just think to myself "Oh, TFM's AIPAC guy's here again" whenever he's on. And then TFM proceeds to "Yes dear" for the duration like a bitch who's seen one too many backhanders.
I can tune it out, but It's also a deep insult to this audience's intelligence. Literally no-one buys it.
@Stahesh TFM is right about women. everything else, he is usually wrong. i think people take his word as truth after they subscribe to his mgtow views and not question him afterwards. which is a mistake.
@houseoftolstoy It is very nice to see the grounded little things on here from time to time. I assume most of us could be much worse off at the moment. Such inconveniences won't be much to us compared to hardship others are dealing with.
I like many others experienced an outage in cell phone coverage. But I had to remember that it was in reality just a minor convenience to my own life rather than something truly catestrophic. I could be someone living in the Southeast right now that lost their house and family members.
So I have little reason to complain.

@Zeb @Based_Accelerationist I still disagree with this take in so far as I believe they are willing to sacrifice proxies to mire Israel & the US in a slurry disaster of a proxy conflcit Lebanon would be.
We're quibbling on the definition of respect. A master of the craft should still respect his apprentice. The apprentice frees the master from the tedium of simple tasks to accomplish greater works, but that is no reason to look down on his apprentice. Both have their functions to perform while increasing their knowledge of the craft: the apprentice to learn from the master's example and the master to set the example and increase the overall body of knowledge by pushing his craft's limits.
@houseoftolstoy My question at this point is the potential trade off worth to have to deal with further corruption to move somewhere else to be more quiet. They'll still shake you down, but at least your ethnicity isn't preyed/replaced on directly in perhaps Russia. Plus it is far less gay, but none the less not anymore "Free"
Whenever I hear about how horrible Russia and China are due to their governments arresting political dissidents for their speech, I just realize how ignorant many Americans are. Sure, the US government will not directly arrest you for your speech, but they will engage in every form of lawfare possible and coerce "private companies" into acting on their behalf, and in the end arrest you for something else they think they can charge you with.
That totally makes us a free country, right?
