I can confirm it I was few days ago in the bank and they offered investing account and some other BS like life insurance and I asked where they invest the money.
Woman told me they invest it in the bonds. So every investment account goes to buying probably US bonds

As the tax rate increases more and more people will want to quit working because they can not produce enough to support themself after tax and the tax will go to support someone else
But technology can improve how much each person produces so that in spite of the increased wealth loss through taxes they still produce enough to support themself
This might result in eternal torture of male tax payers by the welfare system that gets worse and worse every year with no revolt to end the torture
