A media tactic I noticed while listening to the state propaganda on the radio (NPR) is that they will "just ask questions" to whatever Democrat operative they have on, allowing the operative free reign to shill out their message without any pushback. This allows the state propaganda to claim neutrality while obviously pushing a narrative.
Meanwhile, no one on the right will get this softball treatment.

got Muscle milk, just whey protein they make, 5lb bags for $40 on Amazon. Got 5 of them in vanilla. Add powdered peanut butter u can get at commissary or Walmarts etc. with milk. Best pb smoothie ever. Vanilla so you can add anything for diff flavors

Barebells Protein Bars taste like straight up candy bars. I thought the Fit Crunch bars were good, but these don't even taste like protein bars at all. They taste more like Twix bars or 3 Musketeers bars.
They're not cheap at $2.50 each, even when you buy them in bulk, but god damn they are tasty.
