I get that but look at it from my POV.

Samurai Champloo is my favorite anime.

So imagine my shock when I find out the director of my favorite anime made some highly acclaimed anime.

I was so so hype!

Then I watch it and drop it out of boredom at ep 7.

Now I tried again ad made it to ep 17 and this is the last chance they have or I'm not finishing it.

I enjoyed watchin angel cop more than bebop and the plot made no sense lol

I was told by many people I trusted Bebop was a top 5 anime of all time.

I'm at ep. 16 and TBH I'm probly gonna drop it.

The fights are cool and animation holds up well but it's just too damn boring for me go on lol.

Samurai champloo was WAY more fun and had no gay shit.

It shocks me that Watanabe made that boring ass Bebop and people love it but noone talks about the superior samurai champloo

I've been very accomodating so the bagelism is unnecessary.

i said I wasn't a civil ware expert but IIRC they only let them fight AFTER they were vastly outnumbered by the north.

IMO this was an unwise strategy because had they fought alongside negroes from get-go and went offensive on the north things may have turned out different.

I'm not trying to shit on the south, I'm saying (to Ryan Dawson) put the flag down and move on.

I'm no civil war expert but here's my take.

Not letting slaves fight was a poor strategy considering they were outnumbered.

Fighting a defensive war was poor strategy because it goes against the principles of the art of war.

We have to stop acting like because they lost the war they are somehow virtuous.

There is no such thing as a just war. It's amoral power-hungry people vying for their own interests.

I lost out on my dream job
Unemployed for 3 months
Estranged by friends/family
Got into credit card debt

None of that took any military might, but it did take courage.
