@Zeb This is one of the best segments of his work.

@FinalDresdonation @basedbagel Just be sure to check their ethics because some are total pacifists even against robbers or home invaders, and many are against sports. All of those I've met are against alcohol. Asking them what they believe in good faith (no pun intended) will be best.

@FinalDresdonation @basedbagel Yes, depending on how strict they are, your results may vary; so, go visit and say hello to the males. If you show willingness to learn and appreciate their brand of Christianity, they're very friendly.

Don't try to talk to the females at all. You'll know you're in a good one if they make the sexes sit on different sides of the church pews, the females don't say a word in church, and there are at least 3 children next to one parent.

@FinalDresdonation @basedbagel That's the Mennonites. They still have internet, but are really restrictive with it, and they still have 3-4 kids per family at least.

@Tfmonkey, I was doing some reading about the Stoics, and while everyone knows their ethics, most people don't talk about their physics. Check out some of the early and middle Stoics' physics, and you'll see why many people said they influenced Spinoza.

@Mongoliaboo @ButtWorldsMan Indeed, it was. Hobbies that you love are more efficient than girlfriends in the context of providing a fulfilling use of your money and time, in my opinion.
Incidentally, have you noticed that wives are nearly always jealous or at least resentful of their husband's hobbies?

@Mongoliaboo @ButtWorldsMan I've been making kefir, cheese, butter, and yogurt for years now. They are all excellent! Those who have never made their own butter are missing a wonderful experience.

@ButtWorldsMan It is a wonderful hobby, baking sourdough. There are family-owned bakeries that have the same starter colony that their founders used over a century ago.

@Shlomo Remind me again how a 2M man army is a "terrorist organization"?

@ButtWorldsMan Interesting challenge. I tried it, but it didn't work when I got to "disharmony theologically". I guess I write the wrong things for the challenge.

@Stahesh @UncleIroh Do you think cheese smells bad? Fermentation is controlled decay; it's a question of taste.
