Funny enough I used to be one of those mouth breathing cause I have asma and severe Synusitis.
Only 3 days on The Vegan Diet I was able to breath through my nose. And in this Vegan Diet I can basically eat all The sugar I want without any worries the problem isn't The sugar Is The meat, dairy and eggs.
