@ButtWorldsMan I guess the image, once created just stuck in people's minds.

I was doing a mandatory security training for my day job today, and every, single image or video of a "hacker" is a thin, caucasian male in his 20's with glasses, a hoodie, and a short beard.

@Shlomo This is actually quite reasonable. When allowed to make their own borders, people will naturally use rivers and mountains to separate themselves though there are exceptions such as mountains which have large passes which allow for trade.

In short: The cause of borders is cultural barriers which naturally follow geographic barriers.

@RoninGrey Finishing up stuff before a run, and then it's time for Sichuan cuisine; so, I'm well.

@37712 It's a decent meme, but they do this because they want to not be responsible. Females are far happier if you just tell them what and where you're both going to eat.

@VooDooMedic The "Not Employed in Education or Training" lifestyle cannot exist without some type of positive cashflow, whether supported by a family member or by the government.

The title of not being a host is only applicable if you pay no taxes and do not take from anyone else if you've not provided mutual benefit.

@Stahesh @VooDooMedic Unfortunately, those Ven diagrams demonstrate my point. BDSM doesn't have to involve any pain at all.

@RoninGrey When the whole world believes that which destroys, is degenerative to a sustainable society, or is simply disgusting by virtue of it being unhealthy is "normal", those who love virtue and the benefits therefrom are marginalized.

Anime is a medium through which creativity can be expressed like any art form. It is people's choice of how to use it.

@VooDooMedic I think that BDSM was an outlet for people not to exercise the sadism/masochism kink in society as that was always done where it was desired in the bedroom, rather, it was a means by which those who desired to experience a power dynamic in a "safe" way. Western society doesn't understand BDSM, but it is a safe box into which vanilla people can put someone: "Oh, you have a sub and a family that operates like all families did 1000 years ago? That's fine because it's a kink."

@VooDooMedic I'm glad you tried to explain that TFM has been propagandised about BDSM.

I've tried to explain it as well, but he maintains the perception that it must involve pain or sex in some way even though that's not true.

I've been in several BDSM relationships, and most were life-style primary relationships rather than just session-based.

@UncleIroh The hook is the waifu, obviously, but to make it safe, she must not bridge the uncanny valley; so, her emotions are removed.

@Tfmonkey The detail on the braziers, fireplaces, and desk looks really good.

@houseoftolstoy @Zeb I agree with your statement about flawed questions. I encounter the same problem with a great many such quizzes.

@Zeb IT field jokes notwithstanding I'm not convinced that these personalities correlate to their supposed positions on the political quadrants.

@Stahesh @mrhorsetwat All females do this to one degree or another. Brats are just open about it because they've been taught the benefits of contracts by males.

@BiggusDiccus @Marakus @Wormwood I appreciate the analysis.

weinersmith gives me the impression of what Sargon called "the midwit". Fortunate enough to have the ability to understand sarcasm and a surface-level understanding of philosophical ideas, but unfortunately endowed to not be wise enough to laugh at himself, shaped into the embodiment of the last man and dreadfully shallow in temperament and nauseating self-importance. Perhaps I misjudge though.

@sardonicsmile Don't look at it as "winning" against evolution. To use that language implies that you're trying to fight it. You don't have to force females to stay with unattractive males, but you can instill the behaviour of not tolerating female mouthiness.

Females will perpetually want the best males they can acquire; so, males need only limit their options. Will there be some that cuck their husbands? Yes. They're called adulterers, and the ancients knew what to do with them.
