And even if she consciously knows this, she still does not show that she understands this is the best deal she will get given her circumstances. If/when this relationship ends, she will only then realize that she lost the opportunity she did not deserve.

I recall another source saying "they are just probing" when it was proceeding but had no results to show for.

@UncleIroh @shortstories I was suspicious that there was government meddling involved, so this would confirm it. I could see them deliberately crashing the price just to make sure no one gets too rich/use this as a pitiful attempt to lower the overall money supply.

While doing my morning workout, I saw both TV ads for crypto currency and a business news channel showing charts with the price of Bitcoin.

And I thought it Bitcoin/crypto currency was becoming too normie-fied when I saw "Buy Bitcoin here" ATMs. And now it is even further gone. So it will not shock me if the bubble gets even bigger and even more people lose a ton of money.

Also, if dating apps worked as claimed, their market would dry up quickly.

@amerika From what I have seen, the conflict in Israel is causing a lot of infighting on the left. The far lefties of course hate Israel for being an apartheid ethnostate, and the establishment and moderate left is all about "our greatest ally."

@37712 I made a second point that is a factor in a later comment: the Muslims. I am quite sure they would be large part of the "anti-Semitism." And it is understandable, considering how many wars the US wages on behalf of Israel.

I am sure there are those that hate Jews protesting as well against Israel. Except these people have always existed, and they are often Muslim (no surprise considering Palestine is a factor). But just having a proclaimed "rise of anti-Semitism" is vague enough to give those in power the excuse to do what they please, including crackdowns on speech and sending more money to Israel. Meanwhile, they will blame white people for the "anti-Semitism" even if they are brown nosing Israel the hardest.

I don't know if this point has been brought up before, but I doubt the claims of "anti-Semitism" on the rise being true. Rather, they just conflate any anti-Israeli protesters as being "anti-Semites" regardless of whether or not they actually hate Jews.

I guarantee there are plenty of lefty protestors labeled "anti-Semites" that are pro-Jew in every way except for having Israel as an ethnostate. It is just that they take the Ben Shapiro definition of "anti-Semitism" and run with it.

That is one response I expect, which I would counter that allowing crime to be rampant is a major financial burden to everyone as well, along with all the downsides of crime being constantly present.

@DoubleD @theFlow @Tfmonkey an inverse example of this takes place in the Twilight books/movies. Bella the main character is bland, and it makes it so that the female audience can insert themselves as her character and fulfill their romance fantasy.

It clearly worked there too, as the Twilight series was clearly quite popular. Yes, it was a bad story, but popularity often does not align with quality.

@ButtWorldsMan You have to be some level of crazy to think that men being stronger than women is somehow a product of socialization. The vast majority of women do not deny that it is biological, so we are getting really fringe with these women "scientists."

Also, these women must be dead eggers, as any woman who has been pregnant will tell you that they are significantly limited. Carrying an extra 20-30 lbs at the late stages of pregnancy will indeed make physical exertion harder. Because duh.

I have most certainly noticed that our household grocery costs have been higher these days. I have said before and will say again, I can accept this as the "new normal," even if I am not happy with it. I will take more expensive food over no food any day.

So I oppose any calls for price controls, as that will bring about the no food scenario I actually fear.

@graf @Shadowman311 Short answer, the grey area between a relationship and no relationship. Often it comes when a woman is sleeping with the guy she wants to commit to him (but he won't) or she is in a relationship she does not want to acknowledge as such because even she knows it is not one that is going to work but she is too fearful of being alone to just end things.
