Israel bombed a Syrian military base that was also being used by Russia. So if any Russians died then Putin needs to step up.
It looks like the Jews have been emboldened by the flame of ambition and seen the weakness of Iran. May Russia put those foolish ambitions to rest.

@Justicar I would highly recommend it. Linux Mint is pretty solid these days and is very easy to set up. You can even put it on a flash drive and boot off it to try it before you install it in earnest.

I have seen a lot of moronic terms pop up these days:
"Vibes/vibing"
"I can feel his energy"
"Situationship"
Terms like these are the result of women being inept at navigating the dating marketplace. The first two terms are just women not being able to think past their own feelings. They just go with what feels good in the moment.
And "situationships" are just women being willing to be strung along by a guy they find attractive while he does not give them commitment.

Honestly, the answer is going to be different if you're managing men or women.
Assuming men, you can go right ahead and be as blunt as you like so long as they perceive you to be a good servant-leader.
Women have access to shadow hierarchies & gossip mills that men typically don't, which means eventually they will shit test you. That's just how it is.

Where there is some change or new directive, policy or law
Where you need to be told or written.
Later you need to sign it so they have evidence that you know about it.
But Government no. They have zero interest in you knowing their laws. They are so fucking hidden to normal people.
Like do I go to politician to give me the laws written somewhere or what?

Like they say government is there to make life easier.
So far only complicated and hard.
There is no simplification of Bureaucracy
Not mentioning the laws that complicate things like cars and their repairs.
Next there is no communitation of different branches of government so you need to bring paperwork like you work for them.
Like bro you can't have system where you share or store the data where other branches can communicate.

I think it works for me. When I ran a kitchen I made sure I said WE and US.
"We need more 'X' We should have some right next to the green peppers."
"Hey, we're out of 'Y' can you get us another bag?"
""Can you take that call for me, please? Thank yoouuu." Sometimes an exaggerated, cartoony "thank you" helps. But that works with my personality too.
